August 9, 2020

We’re back together as a family and we couldn’t be happier! But we’re cautious and doing everything we can to make sure we keep everything as “safe” as possible.

We’re glad to be meeting in person again, but we do strongly recommend everyone follow guidelines put out by the CDC and our Governon for minimizing possible transmission of “germs,” including coronavirus. We assume you know the risks and regulations, since they have been broadcast EVERYWHERE, and by joining us at our facility you accept that risk as a personal responsibility. RVCC and it’s staff, management, and attendees are not responsible if you end up sick.*
*[Legal stuff…you know how it is. Lawyers gotta make a living, too. We have official disclaimers posted everywhere…]

If you are at-risk, not feeling well, or not comfortable joining us in person that’s okay! If you’re sick let us know, we will pray for you! You can always keep watching our services live-streamed on our YouTube channel at: if you feel you are “at risk.”

Sunday mornings we have one of our new classrooms set up with the video livestream and socially distanced seating if the sanctuary is too close/crowded. Masks are obviously highly encouraged there, too. If you want to be around but not inside the building, we’ll be broadcasting the service into our parking lot with an FM transmitter. You can join us here, stay in your car, and wave/honk/see everyone as they come and go without direct exposure if you like. No one is forcing anyone to do anything, and there is no condemnation! We love you and want to accommodate everyone we can at whatever level you feel necessary.

As usual, our sermon audio and video will be posted and available here on the website as soon as we get it edited and processed following the services, so you can continue to access that like always.

Most of our regularly scheduled classes (like Wednesday night stuff) are on hiatus now like we usually do during the summer. If the larger congregation on Sunday mornings are still making you nervous, we are slowly, and cautiously starting to get back together for some of our other small classes and groups. Some may still be using or offering Zoom, so contact the church office or your group/class leader for details.

Charis Bible College has created Charis Healing University, a comprehensive discipleship curriculum on healing!
Through Charis Healing University, you will gain a deeper understanding of what the Word of God says about healing and will be equipped to put this knowledge into practice in your life. Charis Healing University includes extensive teachings on a multitude of topics on healing as well as guided application of these teachings. This course will firmly root you in what the Word of God says about healing and will equip you with the tools you need to put what you learn into action!

We’ll be hosting an introductory series of sessions on Thursday nights in August starting at 7pm. Join us to glean from the collective knowledge and real-life experiences of Bible teachers including Andrew Wommack, Barry Bennett, Carlie Terradez, Carrie Pickett, Daniel Amstutz, Duane Sheriff, and Greg Mohr. You’ll find that the truth about healing is too good to keep to yourself and that, as a born-again believer, you can be God’s avenue of healing to many.

Contact the church office or email Charis Bible College-Minneapolis directly at with questions.

Also, Carrie Pickett, the Charis Bible College Asst. Vice President and Director of Global Training School, will be speaking at RVCC-Lake Elmo Sunday, August 23 @9:30am.
